Cyrus is either not actually listening on IMAP (something else may be)
or it's failing to start for some reason.
 o Run 'netstat -lnp --inet --inet6|grep 143' to see if Cyrus master is 
   actually what's listening.
 o If so, then consult /var/log/maillog (assuming you used Simon's RPMs 
   or Fedora Extras) and see if they are any messages.
