Error recovering mailbxes.db

Hi i have a serious problem one of my production servers start failing because a problem on mailboxes.db it seem it was corrupt and when a try to restore it it says
sudo -u cyrus /usr/cyrus/bin/ctl_mboxlist -u < /cyrus1.txt
line 595: no partition found
line 596: no partition found
line 597: no partition found
line 598: no partition found
could anybody tell me why, a have a dump file of that database there is another way to build that database
