Since it looks like the user's seen state db is corrupt, you'll probably
have to remove it. You won't need to restart the server, but I might
make sure that the user doesn't have any active client connections.
Yes, killing the user's imapd process and removing the .seen file solved
that problem. Thanks a lot!
