Did something like that would be possible with a "not murder aware" server eg:
another imap server which is not cyrus ? (eg: netscape or sun or ... whatever ?)
No. In theory any IMAP server could be part of a Murder, but in
practice, only Cyrus is mupdate-aware.

I need to have a "special" murder config ie:I will have a standard murder config but I need to be
able to add to this config a "non murder"/"non cyrus" IMAP server (old one ;-)
Is it possible ?
How would you to that ?
Do you mean that you will want to add a standalone server to your
Murder? This is not a problem. Just shutdown the server, add all of
the appropriate 'backend' server foo to imapd.conf and cyrus.conf and
then bring up the server. The standalone backend should populate the
mupdate server with all of its local mailboxes and then they will be
seen by the frontends, thereby making itself part of the Murder.
