We've been running into a problem where the duplicate database is sometimes allowing duplicates through (were running cyrus 2.2.12). Below is the log output of two identical messages ID's going to same user and making it through.
That's normal behavior AFAICT. When two identical messages appear simultaneously "enough", both will pass. It doesn't happen too often for us.
