This doesn't work for me, even with 2.2.12.
Per my email to the list yesterday, substituting "${mailbox}" for
"{$user}" in master.cf and restarting postfix and imapd still doesn't get
mail delivered to virtual domains.
Of course we may have some other issue(s), possibly involving the
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]" form we have for usernames.
