Not sure, but we've seen that problem with shared folders in 2.1 and 2.0 -- I came to the conclusion it was client related, clients caching things then 'correcting' the server since neither Moz nor Tbird are IMAP clients. (They speak IMAP, but are really POP clients, or NNTP clients. This is a huge beef of mine ;) )
