[list/webmaster: please see the P.S. below] It appears that cyrus is treating all messages as duplicates, even ones that it has not seen. So I'm not getting any mail. Can anyone help?
I'm on Debian running cyrus21-imapd 2.1.18-1. Messages are being delivered over lmtp via exim4, and I have a local .sieve filter in place. The messages are being delivered in big groups, as I am pulling them in from a server. So: IMAP server (not cyrus) -> fetchmail in batches of 10 -> exim4 -> cyrus via lmtp exim runs the message through a spamassassins spamd demon on receipt, i.e., before delivery to cyrus. My mail is a mess because of some network changes, and I have been running repeated tests, which have caused many legitimate duplicate mail eliminations. This new behavior (treating everything, or nearly everything, as a duplicate) seems to have kicked in during a delivery of 200 messages, the first 10-20 of which were probably legitimate duplicates. I have since sent a single test message; it went through OK. P.S.
