The latest outlook express seenstate patch from http://www-uxsup.csx.cam.ac.uk/~dpc22/cyrus/patches/2.1.16/seenstate.patch has code which notifies idled. Is this code necessary when patching a 2.2.12 server? If yes, can I find a patch somewhere?
