I need some help or advice in ACLs using.
Is it possible to block IMAP access to mailboxes and allow only POP3 access using ACLs?
No. You could do this via PAM if you are on a platform that supports it (and you're using plaintext password authentication). Another alternative might be to write a custom SASL callback/plugin.
