Another Newbie Question

Newbie question: I installed web-cyradm to help with the administration 
of Cyrus. It displays username and emailaddress. With our email model 
the two are different.

EXAMPLE username: joe_nobody email: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
This make me think that Cyrus maps the email address show to the 
username but it doesn't work.

Do I still need to use aliases for the map? Is their a better web based 
administration tool?
