I've always liked O'Reilly books, and have a copy of Managing IMAP by Dianna & Kevin Mullet. However the book is almost 5 years old, and as far as Cyrus IMAPD goes large sections of the book do not apply to current version of Cyrus, and examples do not really work (mostly because of cyradm was reimplemented in Perl, and examples assume TCL version).
Are there any hints there will be second edition of the book in foreseable future? Or maybe some new book by O'Reilly that will cover management of Cyrus IMAP?
Well, word has it that demand just hasn't been strong enough to warrant a 2nd edition. I guess everybody is moving to Exchange. ;-)
Personally I'd think that with projects like www.opengroupware.org and www.open-xchange.com that interest in Cyrus would be on the rise.
