It's not an ACL issue -- when I don't have the proper access control, the server appropriately reponds with a permission denied error. Is there some way to accomplish renaming a top-level mailbox? I believe section 6.3.5 in rfc3501 indicates that renaming INBOX (which would be a top-level mailbox) is permitted, but perhaps I'm misunderstanding something.
