Subject: Renaming top-level mailboxes

Using cyrus-imapd-2.1.17 I seem to be unable to rename top-level
mailboxes.

The server returns "NO Operation is not supported on mailbox".

Why is this? It's not an ACL issue -- when I don't have the proper access
control, the server appropriately reponds with a permission denied error.

Is there some way to accomplish renaming a top-level mailbox?

I believe section 6.3.5 in rfc3501 indicates that renaming INBOX (which
would be a top-level mailbox) is permitted, but perhaps I'm
misunderstanding something.

Thank you,

Dave
