No. You'd have to change the source code.

Darn, I had a suspicion this was the case because I didn't see anything in the man page for imapd.conf. I was kind of hoping it would take the value from the postmaster attribute (or something like that). I have made a feature request in bugzilla. It would be nice if it made it into one of the future releases or someone was kind enough to make a patch.
