Hi
I have some experience with SuSE and cyrus but i've never seen similar errors.
The error says that mailbox doesn't exist. Did you create the mailbox for the user and using which command (maybe in cyradm)?
Which permission do you have on /var/spool/imap.... and children?
Is there some cron process that write or change perm in /var/spool/imap?
At the end, are you using public folders or non standard imap acl on user's mailbox?
Bye
Paolo
