I just compiled and installed Cyrus IMAPD. This was apparently successful as the imtest passed and I can do a telnet to the localhost imap port. However, I cannot locate cyradm. Where is it put by default? I have compiled version 2.2.10 of Cyrus IMAPD with the following flag --with-cyrus-prefix=/usr/cyrus.
