Hello list, could somebody give me a hand, a hint, something like that?
I set-up a new system running SuSE 9.2, which comes with cyrus-imap v.2.2.8. It should replace an funtional system, SuSE 8.2, running cyrus-imap 2.1.15. On that system I created shared-folder is this way (and yesterday afternoon I did it with an fresh SuSE 9.0 installation, so it works fine on those systems): - SuSE 8.2 (or 9.0) minimal installion - cyrus-imap (plus some other stuff) additionaly installed - /etc/postfix/main.cf edited (recipient_delimiter & mailbox_transport) - /etc/imapd.conf edited (altnamespace: yes, userprefix: user, sharedprefix: shared, postuser: cyrus, unixhierarchysep: no, allowallsubscribe: yes) - passwd cyrus - cyradm started (cyradm --auth login --user cyrus localhost) - cm share & cm user.torsten executed - sam share anyone all executed - sam user.torsten cyrus all executed - cm share.test executed - check permissions by using lam * - cyradm stopped - rcsaslsauthd started - rccyrus started - restarted postfix - stared OE and connected with the IMAP server - subscribed to shared-folder (shared.share.test) - started pine on the linux machine and send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] -> it was put to Inbox correctly - used pine once more to send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] -> it was put to the shared-folder (share.test) correctly, too But the last step does not work anymore - emails sent to an shared-folder are put to Inbox now. I checked several documents, especially "Changes since the last release" & "FAQ", but I couldn't find anything related to this technique ... What's going wrong? What else does I have to do? Thanks a lot for any hint!!! c y Torsten --- Cyrus Home Page: http://asg.web.cmu.edu/cyrus Cyrus Wiki/FAQ: http://cyruswiki.andrew.cmu.edu List Archives/Info: http://asg.web.cmu.edu/cyrus/mailing-list.html
