deliver program and multiple recipients

Ok, so it just took me all night to find out that the deliver program 
does not support multiple recipients. You need to force postfix to call 
the program one email at a time using the:

<transport>_destination_recipient_limit = 1
Flag in main.cf.
======== I posted this in hope that some other poor sod does not waste 
his entire eventing finding this.

Although this works for me now, is there some way to get the deliver 
program working with multiple recipients?
