Hi List One of my users has set up his pop3 account to leave messages on my servers.
When he reads or deletes some of them that instantly re-populate his inbox as if they have not been read or deleted. Would anyone now what could be happening. I have advised him that if he wants to leave the emails on our servers then he should use Imap instead of pop3.
