I'm noticing log entries like the following:
Oct 16 11:41:22 lvr13 lmtpunix[9937]: sieve runtime error for xxx: Redirect: Sendmail process terminated normally, exit status 71
Oct 16 11:47:11 lvr13 lmtpunix[22545]: sieve runtime error for xxx: Reject: Sendmail process terminated normally, exit status 71
These messages were caused by wrong permissions for /var/spool/clientmqueue. The dir belonged to root and so sendmail couldn't write its queuefiles in client mode. My bad.
