I tried moving a user's mailbox from a server running 2.1.16 to a new server running 2.2.6 (now 2.2.7) by first creating the mailbox on the new server and then replacing the new mailbox directory hierarchy with a copy from the old server. I also copied the user's .seen and .sub files before running reconstruct -rf on the mailbox. The only thing I can see wrong with the new mailbox is that the answered flags did not seem to be preserved. I understand that these are stored in the cyrus.index files which were copied. Could the problem be due to the different versions of Cyrus in use? Or is there a flaw in what I am doing?
