Hi everyone,
Since my colleages need to use outlook *sigh* on a shared account, deleting mails is very uncomfortable for them. All mails beeing deleted are shown canceled. Only after going to the menu and deleting the mails permanently, they are removed. Is there a known way, to configure cyrus to do this task automatically? Means, that at the moment the mail is deleted, cyrus deletes it permanently?
No, IMAP by definition has a two step (DELETE/EXPUNGE) process which Cyrus implements per the spec. This is more of a client config issue.
