Speaking about configuration, I was wondering if there
is any sample configuration files (cyrus.conf and
imapd.conf) for a basic or recommended Cyrus IMAPd
frontend server, backend server and MUPDATE server
config somewhere available ? I had a look in Wiki and
the docs but didn't find anything...
