Hi, You took the wrong cyrus-sasl package. Take this one http://www.invoca.ch/pub/packages/cyrus-sasl/rh-9/cyrus-sasl-2.1.18-1.src.rpm for redhat 9. Then, after rebuilding it, you have to upgrade the existing oackages with 'rpm -Fvh cyrus-sasl*2.1.18-1.i386.rpm', which does 'freshen' the currently installed packages. The you can rebuild cyrus-imapd-2.2.3-8.src.rpm and 'rpm -Fvh' the resulting binary rpms.
