How/what/where is the default authentication protocol for saslauthd? and where is it located? I attempted to execute "saslauthd -a sasldb" but it seems that's not what saslauthd wanted.
In addition, what is the more popular protocol for web-based e-mail via Squirrelmail, Cyrus IMAPD and SASL? Is it OpenLDAP, PAM, shadow or sasldb? (is there such a thing sasldb?)
