Hello, Is there a way to automatically "expunge" email that is moved or deleted from a particular folder?
The reason I ask is we have a shared IMAP folder and people are moving and deleting email in this folder that must NOT show up again (even if it is marked for deletion). 1. Is there a server-side function of IMAP that can be set to expunge email automatically upon a move or delete? 2. Is there a client based setting in Outlook that will allow one to expunge immediately upon a delete or move?
