Fix the mail client? Perhaps an updated version of Outlook might help. What version of Outlook are you using? Alternately, is it possible that Outlook is just failing to properly encode an attachment (note: wild guess)? Does this only happen with Outlook - have you tested another mail client, just to make sure?
