Corrupt FIles

I am seeing what appears to be corrupt files.  The name of the file(s) 
are non-printable chars (control chars etc...) with the content (sample) of:

370cf94637038545        1 1027956129 6743 1043134392 
1:13309,13314:13315,13323,13347
370cf94637038545        1 1027956129 6743 1037201874 1:10682
370cf94637038545        1 1027956129 6743 1042863011 
1:13309,13314:13315,13323,13347

I'm running cyrus-imapd (ver 2.0.16-1) with the kernel of 2.4.18-4 using 
the xfs file system (ver 1.1).  I'm really not sure if this is a XFS-fs 
related issue or cyrus.   Any Pointers?  I really need to remove these 
files.
