One problem I have definitely noticed is that while the Wiki gets a substantial amount of activity (8000 page views last month), people rarely post to it, or post at most a sentence or two (generally to correct my spelling errors ;). Is there something we can do to make it more "friendly" so that people will be more willing to post?
I can't put my finger on it, but it really isn't very inviting. I have written a few articles for the German Wikipedia <http://de.wikipedia.org>. Somehow its design makes it much easier to get into mental "editing mode" ...
