Is there a way to prune duplicate messages from existing mail folders, rather than at lmtp delivery? I'm using Cyrus imapd 2.1.15. It may be a little bit late, but I wrote a perl script for exactly that purpose. Some comments are in german and no warranty as usual, but it works for me. It doesn't expunge but set only the deleted flag.
