Hi, The following doubt looks to be slightly away from Topic. Pls. excuse me.
I have installed sendmail 8.11.2 on a PC with out imap server lets call this system as "foo". "foo"'s WAN interface is connected to Internet and LAN to Private LAN. Only two accounts are created on "foo", this is only for system administration. Rest and entire user accounts are created on the system inside LAN, lets call this is as Mail Server. Incoming mails first reach "foo", then the mails are forwarded to Mail Server inside the LAN by Sendmail using feature called MAIL_HUB pointing to Mail Server. This has been working fine. Recently, installed Iptables to close ports 135, 137 etc for udp and tcp. As a new work out installed sendmail 8.12.9 on linux system with out cyrus. Feature MAIL_HUB is not found in 8.12.9, Hence I'm not sure how to forward mails to Mail Server. The incoming mails reach "foo" with /var/log/maillog showing "User unknown" and bounce back to sender.
