Could someone direct me to an example on creating a globally based shared folder? I want to setup a single shared folder on my mail servers that will allow different virtual domain users to report spam.
To create a shared folder, create a folder w/o the user. prefix, set the
folders acls to anyone p (i.e. anyone may post to the folder) and off
you go.
Thanks for the tip. Now for a simular question. Is it possible to setup the ACLs on such a shared folder that would only allow users to post and not be able to read anything posted to the folder?
Alteratively, how about allowing them to post to the shared folder and not read except for a single pre-posted message that discribes what the shared folder is for? I guess this question refers to per message ACLs.
Does anyone know how to configure horde's imp for shared cyrus folders?
Horde doesn't need any configuration - at least that is my experience.
For some reason, I was under the impression that I would need to configure imp/config/servers.php and the hieracal attribute. This not necessary with a cyrus configuration?
If you use Postfix 2.x you might have some problems posting to shared folders, I posted a solution to the list a few days ago so you'll find that in the archives.
I'm still using 1.1.11, so I shouldn't run into this problem.
Thank you for your prompt response.
