Thanks - I already knew that, and also you can drag
the message to another folder, move it back again and then purge it from both
folders and it'll be okay again.
Must better than re-downloading a whole inbox again
(300MB for me).
Also, this only happens when you have Headers Only
synchronisation.
Anyway - with a company of 40 users, I don't want
to have to keep manning the phones when they call up to sort this out...
;) thankfully most use POP3 - but I'd hate to think what might happen when
the userbase gets into the 100's or 1,000's.
And don't say "Use a non-broken IMAP client"
- I can't force clients onto people sadly.
