cyradm makes some assumptions if you don't tell it who to auth as, since
it needs to pull a username from somewhere

the --user and --authz paramaters should be set if you're trying to run it
as root (or as some other user besides the one you're trying to auth as).

Note that the short versions of these parameters are broken, so you need
to use the long ones (fixed in cvs).
