Hi, 1) Since you are using my rpms, you should find the file /usr/share/cyrus-imapd/contrib/batchreconstruct which I've been told does exactly what you want (I have not used it :)
2) Check the directory /var/lib/imap/backup/. You'll find gzip compressed backups of the current mailboxlist, called mboxlist.gz, mboxlist.1.gz,...
