the PHP Pear Net_Sieve does not support CRAM-MD5/DIGEST-MD5 currently.. only plain and login.. I'm working on a patch to get it to support them by using the Auth_SASL PEAR class. I should have it done late wednesday and posting it to the author of the pear class.
