Do you have cf/mailer/cyrusv2.m4 file ? If yes just left out your complete MAILER_DEFINITION section because MAILER(cyrusv2) is already known if you have it and should be correct.
Once I copied the above arguments, and used your version of cyrusv2.m4, it started working fine. Thanks 10^6!
