Hi All,
The trick seems to be that reconstruct doesn't use normal linux file notation.
For example to reconstruct /var/spool/imap/user/rex, you use:
reconstruct -r -f user.rex
I want to thank everybody for the many helpful suggestions I received. I have
restored all the mail on the server as well as possible now.
