The right thing to do is to port all SNMP support to native net-snmp syntax, but that requires rewriting the SNMP code in Cyrus. And this is something that we'll probably do when we upgrade to using net-snmp on campus. But we've historically moved very slowly upgrading our snmp tools. Larry
