If the mailbox name has any special characters (from the point of view of the shell -- this includes the space character), you need to quote it on the command line:
localhost> lam user/xxx/"Bandeja de entrada"
localhost> sam user/xxx/"Bandeja de entrada" cyrus all
localhost> dm user/xxx/"Bandeja de entrada"
