Running 2.0.16/17 (upgrading), Red Hat Linux 7.3, Postfix 1.1.7.

My Postfix mail server maintains a huge queue of deferred messages
delivered to Cyrus through LMTP because LMTP responds with a '451 4.2.2
Over quota' message when the user is over-quota. Is there any way to
make lmtpd respond with a 5XX message to reject the messages? I haven't
found anything in imapd.conf(5) or lmtpd(8)

This would make my queue more manageable and users wouldn't get the
impression that their messages take a long time to deliver, and in most
cases, I think my users would fix the problem sooner because they would
be contacted by other means.

Hm... Looking at the docs in 2.1.12, I see 'lmtp_overquota_perm_failure:
no' in doc/imapd.conf.5.html--is this my only option?
