>From what I experienced. The delivery speed exceeds the capacity of IMAP
server. There are a lot of lmtpd process and your are really ran out of
memory. Just limit the speed of delivery from Sendmail. Or try tuning up the
performence of IMAP server.

Subject: Berkeley DB4 can;t allocate memory errors

Anybody seen errors like this before and have suggestions about what to do
about them?

Sep 27 22:50:07 imap imapd[32227]: DBERROR db4: Lock table is out of
        available locker entries

        Sep 27 22:50:07 imap imapd[32227]: DBERROR db4:
/var/imap/tls_sessions.db:
        Cannot allocate memory

        Sep 27 22:50:07 imap imapd[32227]: DBERROR: opening
        /var/imap/tls_sessions.db: Cannot allocate memory

        Sep 27 22:50:07 imap imapd[32227]: DBERROR: opening
        /var/imap/tls_sessions.db: cyrusdb error

Oct 1 04:02:48 imap lmtpd[11979]: DBERROR db4: Unable to allocate
        memory for transaction detail

        Oct 1 04:02:48 imap lmtpd[11979]: DBERROR db4:
        /var/imap/deliver.db: Cannot allocate memory

        Oct 1 04:02:48 imap lmtpd[11979]: DBERROR: opening
        /var/imap/deliver.db: Cannot allocate memory

        Oct 1 04:02:48 imap lmtpd[11979]: DBERROR: opening
        /var/imap/deliver.db: cyrusdb error

They're happening thousands of times a day so I guess whatever the problem
is, it's not going to just go away.

I assume the databases are okay, just not being used (or are they broken
which is causing the error?).
