What is the deal with tugowar, and the snmp statistics for the various
daemons in imap/ ?

Cyrus master exports snmp statistics just fine though the AgentX interface,
but the other daemons seem to have not been ported to agentX yet (or tugowar
was not. It looks like porting tugowar would be enough).

tugowar building is disabled in the configure.in file, and the comments
suggest that it should be ported to the agentx protocol. IMHO, cyrus
master itself would be probably a better choice to centralize the snmp
exports, since it must be there anyway, and it is already snmp-enabled.

Also, are the OIDs used by the imap/*snmp files still valid?
