I did find my problem ... on my debian (It is a special installation, from 2.2r3 install-cd but with sources.list from the testing branch) I had to make a link in /usr/lib to /usr/local/lib/sasl2 ... and now it is working !!!
But, BUT, I have new problems :-) I have a "permission denied" to create directories in each user INBOX directory ...
