If you want to use full hashing (uppercase hash directories), don't
use the mkimap and dohash scripts at all. Instead, use only the
rehash script. It should do everything you need. This is the
syntax:
usage: rehash [-i] [-f] none|basic|full [imapd.conf]
-i interactive
-f keep going on errors
