So the way that that mailboxes hit this reserved state is that you rename
a mailbox *to* that name, and it crashes.

ctl_cyrusdb -r should go through and clean out all of the reserved
mailboxes.

if you're using a flat file mailboxes.db it should be easy enough to purge
this entry by hand, but I'd rather know why recovery isn't clearing it.
