Just something I thought I should share with you all, especially other downstream maintainers packaging Cyrus.
There is a tool to generate and extract patchsets (i.e. all the files commited by a single cvs ci command) from a CVS repository. It is called "cvsps", and hosted at http://www.cobite.com/cvsps/ cvsps is proving to be extremely useful on tracking Cyrus CVS, since the CMU Cyrus crew are rather disciplined on their CVS use (thanks guys, we appreciate your good work!). It is almost as good as access to the CVS commit logs. Just remember to never use cvsps -u (it is broken, and its load on the CVS server appears to be higher than doing one cvsps -x every day). -- "One disk to rule them all, One disk to find them.
