Looks like a job for a lmtp proxy.  Could I suggest we add a content filter
hook in the lmtp proxy of Murder ?  Looks like the right place to add any sort
of filterning that needs an user context, but is not available through
sieve.

The lmtp proxy would feed messages through a pipe and forward the resulting
processed message to the lmtp backends for normal processing.
