First be sure it is *really* corrupted.  Are you sure your 2.1.3 runs with
db3 and not db4?  Cyrus had the bug that even if it runs with db4, the 
error messages refer to db3.  So it could be that db4 cannot access your
db3 files even if it does not say so.

One try to test the corruptness of your mailboxes.db is to run the 2.0.16
software again for a short time and see what this sais...
