Implementing it would be hard. The payoff seems to be rather low. We'd rather work on stuff that makes a bigger difference.

Why? Simply because Microsoft Exchange lets you have an IMAP = account where you can make folders at any level - within Inbox, or at = the same level - and that's just what users are used to. Is this really = an impossibility, or quite simply not implemented yet as no-one has seen = a need for it? I do so hate it when users ask why they can't do something....
